Enterprise Certificate Lifecycle Management Platform
Gain comprehensive control over the certificate lifecycle. Zentra CMS is built for enterprises to automatically discover, monitor, alert on, and audit digital certificates scattered across platforms and cloud environments, eliminating security and compliance blind spots.
Certificates distributed across file systems, Windows certificate stores, and Java KeyStores are often discovered only on the day they expire, causing production service outages.
No one knows exactly how many certificates the organization has, where they are deployed, or who owns them. During audits, teams are forced to search manually.
Windows CNG, Linux files, Java KeyStore, cloud KMS—each platform has its own tools, with no integrated view across environments.
Without centralized logs and role-based responsibilities, organizations cannot answer “who operated on which certificate and when,” making financial, healthcare, and ISO audits difficult.

Expired HTTPS certificates can make websites inaccessible and break API connections, directly impacting revenue.
Failed TLS connections may be exploited by man-in-the-middle attacks to steal customer data and payment information.
Expired certificates can violate compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

Current Maximum
Until 2026/03/15, most enterprises still plan renewals on an annual basis.
From 2026/03/15
Validity is cut roughly in half, doubling renewal frequency and sharply increasing the burden of manual scheduling.
From 2027/03/15
With less than four months of validity, manual renewal operations become impractical.
From 2029/03/15
With less than two months of validity, automated management and rotation become the only viable approach.

Lightweight agents for Windows / Linux / macOS / Docker automatically report certificates, eliminating the need to inspect hosts one by one.

A control plane built with Go + gRPC + PostgreSQL, providing unified APIs, RBAC permissions, certificate issuance workflows, and audit logs.

Built with React + TypeScript, featuring 22 management pages, Traditional Chinese / English / Japanese support, MFA, and a real-time dashboard.

Zentra CMS transforms enterprise certificate management from fragmented, manual, and reactive operations into centralized, automated, and proactively monitored asset governance.
Cross-platform agents and agentless scanning automatically inventory file systems, certificate stores, Java KeyStores, and 25+ device types.
A customizable alerting engine proactively notifies owners before certificates expire, helping prevent service outages.
Role-based access control, MFA, and complete audit logs help meet financial and regulatory audit requirements.
Adopts a distributed Agent + centralized Control Plane architecture, using gRPC for internal communication and REST APIs for external integrations.

PEM (.crt, .cer), PKCS#12, Java KeyStore (JKS, integrated with keytool), and intelligent detection of files without extensions.
Recursive file-system scanning, Windows CNG / system personal stores, and SHA-256 fingerprint-based intelligent deduplication.
Every deployment location for each certificate is recorded individually, ensuring no deployment is overlooked.
All three models are treated consistently across lists, alerts, renewal policies, and other views. Virtual Agents and Discovery Targets require no software installation.
Install a lightweight agent on managed hosts to periodically report certificates from local certificate stores.

The Control Plane connects directly to target devices or databases for scanning, with most types supporting automatic write-back deployment.
Databases · Load Balancers · Firewalls/WAF · API Gateway · K8s / Docker
Runs the full discovery pipeline over SSH/WinRM without installation, automatically identifying services, expanding configurations, and locating certificates.
Nginx · Apache · Tomcat · IIS · PostgreSQL · 20+ Services
Lightweight agents deployed on endpoints automatically scan common certificate storage locations and report results to the Control Plane. Multiple formats and content-based recognition of files without extensions are supported.
PEM / PKCS#12 files with recursive path scanning and content detection
CNG / System Personal Store / Trusted Roots
JKS and PKCS#12 formats with keytool integration
Deduplicate by SHA-256 fingerprint while preserving all deployment locations
If the same certificate is deployed on multiple hosts, each deployment is recorded individually
The dashboard aggregates data reported by all Agents in real time, providing key metrics such as total certificate counts, expiration trends, and Agent connectivity status. It also supports two viewing modes: all certificates and grouping by Agent.

Turn “we don’t know which hosts exist in the environment” into proactive discovery and a continuously managed asset inventory.
Connect directly via SSH (Linux) or WinRM (Windows) to detect services, expand configurations, and locate certificates and private keys without installation.
Configure an IP range (CIDR) once and let the system continuously explore in the background, automatically identifying reachable hosts without manual entry.
Hosts already managed by Agents or Virtual Agents are automatically marked as “Monitored,” leaving only items that truly require manual decisions in the pending list.
Promote a candidate host to an official monitoring target with one click while reusing connection information already validated during scanning.

Most types automatically write certificates back to deployments after issuance; SSH / Windows CA / Docker / K8s are read-only scan sources. Failed deployments automatically roll back to the previous certificate.

✓ Role Separation · Admins create rules / Operators receive notifications
✓ Alert Suppression · Avoid repeated notifications and control alert frequency per certificate
✓ Historical Traceability · Every alert leaves an auditable record
Admins configure alert thresholds (30 / 14 / 7 days before expiration) and assign responsible Operators.
The system periodically checks all certificate statuses and compares them against alert rules and expiration times.
When conditions are met, notifications are sent to designated owners through channels such as Email while avoiding duplicate alerts.
Operators record outcomes after handling alerts, and the complete alert history is retained for auditing.
Four actions are available for a certificate nearing expiration.
Send a real revocation request to the issuing CA or the CA used for the most recent renewal, rather than merely marking the certificate locally.

Supports standard CRL revocation reason codes plus secondary confirmation to prevent accidental actions.
When a renewal policy is set to “Do Not Auto-Deploy,” the new certificate is staged until another person approves it before actual deployment.

Zentra CMS is designed for regulatory scenarios such as finance, healthcare, government, and ISO 27001, where clear role separation, identity verification, and complete logging are required.

Choose from software-based encryption to hardware-grade protection based on compliance needs. Both tiers use the same data model, so upgrading requires no architectural rebuild.
All sensitive data is stored using AES-256-GCM software encryption, with keys derived from the JWT secret configured during deployment. Enabled by default with no additional hardware required.
Integrates with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), where key generation and protection occur entirely within hardware to meet FIPS 140-level compliance requirements.
